Communicate in a click

Use the system to contact your neighbour, the noisy tenants in unit 5 - or even better, their property manager! EasyBC.co.nz allows you to communicate with anyone and everyone in the complex with just a few clicks. It also checks and updates the contact info to ensure you get who you need.

Knowing who to contact when there is a problem particularly when tenants are involved, is a major bane for a lot of Body Corporates. EasyBC.co.nz makes accurate communication quick and easy.

It works in four ways;

1) You can email any unit in the complex by selecting it (by number) from the email section. If a unit has property manager and tenant you will have the choice of contacting any or all of the people associate with the unit (email addresses and full names are not shown to the sender).

2) For committee and building wide issues you can group email with a couple of clicks. Just select a group eg. Owners, building Occupiers (Owner or Tenant), Committee Members, write your message and it’s done.

3) For contacting people with roles in the Body Corp when you don’t know who they are (eg. the Chairperson orBuilding Manager) you can simply select the role from the list and send off your email the system will get it to the correct person.

4) For users with the appropriate permission (personal information is not public and is kept hidden to other users on the site) lists including full names, addresses and contact phone numbers are available to you when you need them, wherever you are.

EasyBC.co.nz automatically collects and updates all user contact details ensuring the correct details are on hand should they be required.
